Three contacts with Safavieh over 5 days failed to get me any hardware, or even any response except the canned automated kind thanking me for my patience and assuring me that I was a valued customer. I had to put the pieces back in the box, which was mostly tape at that point as it was splitting at all the seams, and lug it to the UPS store to return it. I purchased a stool from someone else.I used to seek out Safavieh products. I will now avoid them.
